We will refund the reservation fee within the months following your first month of stay.

2) We will then contact you and send you a rental contract for your signature.

Important: Please note that the reservation fee is non-refundable if you decide not to sign the rental contract. The contract will also be void if the payment is not made within 12 hours of signing, and the reservation fee will not be refunded in this case.
